There are 4 user roles in MediSign:
When you sign up for MediSign, you get the “Account Holder” role.
The role has access to all MediSign functionality.
It is the only role that has access to the “Settings” menu.
There is only one user in each account with this role.
All users with the remaining roles are created by the “Account Owner” from the Settings → User Management menu.

The role concerns associates of the Account Owner in the capacity of Healthcare Professional, working together in the same business.
The role concerns associates of the Account Holder in the capacity of Secretarial Support Executive.
Users in this role do not have access to patients' medical records.
The role concerns associates of the Account Holder in the capacity of Accounting Officer.
Users with this role only have access to the Accounting menu.
