New case

To enter a new Case simply click the “New case” button.

After filling in the fields, press the “Insert” button.

For both fields “Reason for medical examination” and “Diagnosis”, you can choose from:

• the entries in your personal archive
• ICD10 entries
• or enter your own term

In case you enter an ICD10 term or your own term, it is automatically entered in your “Personal archive” and remains available from now on.
